The Food and beverages served are the king’s favorite dishes, Bale Raos serve the dishes is the favorite of the King who once ruled from The Palace of Yogyakarta Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono I (1752) up to now, most of the menus in Bale Raos is the Favorite of Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono VII to X.Bale Raos, located at the royal surround of the Kagungan Dalem Kamagangan, where the Sultan lived. Its joglo Java Architecture and construction is similar to the Jogjakarta Palace adding the Palace ambience and the uniqueness of the dine at Bale Raos. Bale Raos Restaurant has two joglos with 110 indoor seating capacity of total 250 seating capacity, combined with interconnection joglo and outdoor area.In addition to enjoying the typical dishes, for certain day, there are live gamelan and Javanese traditional dance. For certain event the well known Beksan dance of the Kraton as well as gamelan Siteran java is performed. Every Saturday night Bale Raos present live performance of keroncong music.
